Communications Center Director

Jason Garcia is the Communications Center Director for C4 Healthcare Solutions LLC. Jason started with Access Health Services in October of 2020 after retiring from the Jacksonville Police Department. Jason was brought on as part of the Crisis Call Center project. He worked in the call center and as a data analyst before becoming the Call Center Manager. Jason was made the Call Center Manager in January of 2021 over the MAPD call center and was part of the team building out the Crisis Call Center. Jason has attained his Certificate of Achievement Designation of Professional Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM). He was instrumental in working with the supervisory team to transition the original call center from a traditional call center to a compassionate and caring, member-focused call center as well as assisting the supervisors in building the second call center and onboarding a new phone system and staff for the call center services. As the Communications Center Director, Jason oversees the operations of the two C4 Call Centers.
Prior to working for Access Healthcare Services, and eventually C4 Healthcare Solutions, Jason served 27 years at the Jacksonville Police Department retiring as a Lieutenant. During his time at the Police Department, he attended a variety of schools and training including the School of Law Enforcement Supervision. Jason served in every Division in the Police Department as a Supervisor. In his career, Jason served as a dispatcher, patrol officer, K9 Officer, was a member of the departments SWAT team, served as a patrol Sergeant, and Detective Sergeant, served as the Support Services Sergeant, and Training Sergeant, and served as a patrol Lieutenant as a Shift Commander, and as the K9 supervisor. Jason served in both middle and upper management for 16 years of his career in the Police Department. During his tenure at the Police Department, Jason received numerous commendations, as well as a special recognition award from the Chief for attempting to save a woman who had been in a house fire, and a lifesaving award for saving a mans life. Mr. Garcia has spent his adult life serving his community and saw the opportunity at C4 managing the Crisis Call center as a way to continue serving the community and helping people.
