Shawn Williams, HCAFA, PAHM

Vice President

Shawn Williams is the Vice President for C4 Healthcare Solutions LLC as of February 2024.

Shawn Williams was the Corporate Compliance Officer for C4 Healthcare Solutions LLC. Shawn was originally hired to assist with the implementation of the Crisis Call Center project. Shawn began as a Call Taker prior to becoming a Team Lead in April of 2021 for the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug (MAPD) call center. In June of 2021, Shawn began her new role as a Corporate Compliance Officer for C4 Healthcare Solutions LLC. Since becoming the Compliance Officer, Shawn has attained a Certificate of Completion for 2021 Medicare Part C and D Reporting Requirements and Data Validation as well as a Certificate of Achievement Designation of Health Care Anti-Fraud Associate (HCAFA) and Professional Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM). She has been invaluable in leading the administrative team in transitioning the original call center to a compassionate and caring, member-focused call center and the building of the second call center by being supportive and assisting with creating the training programs.

Prior to working for C4 Healthcare Solutions LLC, Shawn served 16 years at the Jacksonville 911 Communications Center. Shawn started her career as a 911 Dispatcher for Police, Fire, and EMS in April of 2005. During her time with the 911 Center, she was promoted to Team Lead and then later became a Supervisor. Shawn received certification in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), National Incident Management System (NIMS), Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), as well as multitude of other emergency training. Shawn worked directly under and with the Director of the 911 center in maintaining a call center with approx. 20 dispatchers. While the Director was out of the office for extended amount of time, Shawn would step in as Acting Director and assume the duties in that office. Because of Shawn’s passion to help others, she wanted to continue helping citizens and serving communities in MAPD Special Needs plans or in a time of members crisis for one of the new Arkansas PASSE programs.
